  • By placing an order, the customer confirms that all information provided is accurate and complete.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are only accepted in case of damage, defects, or incorrect delivery as detailed in our Refund & Return Policy.

  • The company reserves the right to deduct actual costs incurred due to customer-caused delivery failures as detailed in our Refund & Return Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content including images, text, graphics, and logos are the property of The London Gift Company™ and may not be used without permission.

  • The London Gift Company” name, logo, and related branding are registered trademarks of The London Gift Company. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

  • Customers are encouraged to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

  • In the event of a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute, the Company reserves the right to submit relevant evidence, including order details, tracking information, proof of delivery, customer communications, and any other supporting documentation to the payment processor or financial institution. Fraudulent or abusive chargeback claims may result in the refusal of future orders.

9. Force Majeure

  • The Company shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, fires, strikes, transportation disruptions, governmental actions, pandemics, war, civil unrest, power outages, or courier and logistics service interruptions.
