Refund & Return Policy

At The London Gift Company, we are committed to offering a smooth and satisfying shopping experience by providing products that reflect the highest standards of craftsmanship and design. Many of our items are handmade or feature a vintage/distressed finish, which may include natural imperfections such as joints, cracks, or peeling paint. These characteristics are intentional and enhance the charm and authenticity of each product. We encourage you to carefully review all product details before making a purchase.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • We do not offer returns or exchanges for items that are delivered as per the specifications of the order placed.

  • Returns are only accepted if the product is wrongfully delivered, has a genuine manufacturing defect, or has been damaged in transit. In such cases, we will either issue a full refund or replace the item.

  • Return requests must be raised within 24-48 hours of receiving the product.

 

DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE / INCORRECT ITEMS

  • Please inspect the shipment externally upon delivery to confirm the correct items and check for any visible damage.

  • We strongly recommend recording a clear unboxing video for verification purposes.

  • In case of damage, missing parts, or incorrect items, please email us at thelondongiftcompany@gmail.com within 24-48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include your order number, tracking details, and clear photos/videos showing the issue.

  • Returned products must be packed securely in their original packaging.

RETURNING A GIFT

If a gift from The London Gift Company didn’t meet expectations, please contact us at thelondongiftcompany@gmail.com for assistance with the return process.

REFUNDS

  • Each refund request is evaluated on a case-by-case basis to ensure a fair and prompt resolution.

  • Approved returns will be refunded via the original mode of payment.

  • Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged in transit or delivered incorrectly.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders must be confirmed via WhatsApp. Unconfirmed COD orders within 24 hours will be canceled.

  • COD is available only for orders with a cart value below ₹5000. For orders above ₹5000, only prepaid (online payment) options are accepted.
  • Refunds for eligible cases will be initiated within 24 hours of verification.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Products purchased under promotions, discounts, or special offers are non-exchangeable.

  • Cash refunds are not provided.


MODIFICATION OF TERMS

The London Gift Company reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Any continued use of our services implies acceptance of these changes. All policy decisions are at the sole discretion of The London Gift Company management.
